anne: well, i said i had to go to the

It still smells like winter a little bit but i already know that this fall will have a different feel to it. that peaches slash pecans feel. that dust-on-old-windows and moon-pie-kept-in-the-fridge feel. two roads diverged in the wood and i, i followed my nose and followed my eyes. here is your heart, says someone who calls me sister. follow your bones.

be selective about roads. ones with names like Glorious or Yamparika are best. avoid all things paved and perpendicular. on those you must tread too lightly and i need room to drag my dreams and expand upon this reality of yours and mine. i draw closer daily, so keep it up with the buttons and the crumbs.

this autumn will be a singular girl. she doesn't think about her protection or sanctification. she runs in endless light towards Arms so bright, up above the world so high, like a diamond in my sight. where she walks she scatters broken glass that glitters as i gather. with it my cup overflows.
